Recruitment Process

Once you require manpower, please provide us with the complete demand details along with a demand letter duly attested by your local Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Bangladesh Embassy/Consulate.

Based on your requirements, we will source suitable candidates and arrange interviews for your evaluation.

Successful candidates will be selected through the interview process, and their visa procedures will begin accordingly.

We will collect and prepare all necessary documents from the selected candidates to obtain visas or work permits from the relevant authorities in your country.

Once the visas or work permits are received, we will complete the required approvals and formalities with the relevant Bangladeshi government authorities.

After completing all candidate documentation and government formalities, we will coordinate with you and arrange the workers departure and deployment.
